Dr. Jenipher Cornelius is the owner of Crescenta Summit Consulting, bringing years of
expertise in leadership development, change management, and facilitating growth within organizations.
With a strong background in guiding leaders through complex transformations, she provides strategic
insights and practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Alongside her consulting work,
Dr. Cornelius serves as an adjunct professor, sharing her knowledge and passion for leadership with
the next generation. She is also a contributor to Sanctuary Magazine, where she shares insights and inspiration, including the concept
behind her latest workshop on psychological safety for women.
