• Provide an overview of guiding principles to help participants recognize emerging leaders and develop leadership potential in others.
• Discuss strengths and challenges associated with each leadership approach.
• Explore real-world scenarios to understand how different styles affect workplace dynamics.
• Identify the next generation of leaders and introduce strategies for coaching them.
• Develop a partial succession plan that participants can complete and implement.

Dr. Jenipher Cornelius is the owner of Crescenta Summit Consulting, bringing years of expertise in leadership development, change management, and facilitating growth within organizations. With a strong background in guiding leaders through complex transformations, she provides strategic insights and practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Alongside her consulting work, Dr. Cornelius serves as an adjunct professor, sharing her knowledge and passion for leadership with the next generation. She is also a contributor to Sanctuary Magazine, where she shares insights and inspiration, including the concept behind her latest workshop on psychological safety for women.
